I have a passion for creating dishes like New Orleans herself, vibrant, decadent, inviting, and just a little sinful. I love a capturing a dish’s mouth watering indulgence that makes the viewer eager for bite. After all, we eat with our eyes first.

Here I focus on homemade recipes that impress with an emphasis on Cajun and South Louisiana cuisine. I love using high quality ingredients, creating recipes that spark pleasure, comfort, and joy, and teaching others how to do the same.
