PREP: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Remove husks and stringy bits from corn. Thinly slice green onion.
BOIL: Boil corn for 5-7 minutes. Drain.
MIX: While the corn is boiling, combine butter, cajun seasoning, and green onion.
FINISH: Spread cajun butter on the corn, and serve hot.
Notes
Different cajun seasoning blends have different levels of spiciness and saltiness, so use it to taste. Make your own homemade cajun seasoning for best results!
If fresh corn is out of season, the cajun butter is also delicious on canned or frozen corn!
