Cook: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cook bacon in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Crumble and break up ground meat as it cooks, and cook through.
Prep: Mix together all ingredients for burger sauce, and set aside. Give the bacon a rough chop.
Assemble: Align bottom buns in a 9x9 baking dish and spread the burger sauce over it. Sprinkle a layer of onions and pickles over the sauce. Spread the cooked beef out over the pickle and onion layer. Lay cheese over the beef. Sprinkle the bacon over the cheese. Add the remaining sauce to the top of the buns and lay on top of the bacon layer. Mix together the butter and garlic powder and brush onto to top of the buns. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 350° F for about 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
