This homemade Cajun seasoning recipe is the perfect blend of spices and dried herbs to add a Cajun kick to your favorite dishes. Perfect for chicken, beef, pork, or fish. Even veggies!

  • Spice jar
  • Measuring spoons


  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt I use fine grain Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper


  • Combine all seasonings together in an airtight container and shake until well combined. Store in a dry cool place.


How to use: Use 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning per every 1 pound of fish, chicken, pork, or beef.
