This turkey burger has the BEST combination of flavors: - Juicy turkey patty - Caramelized onions - Sun dried tomato mayo - Melted brie - Bacon - Arugula
First, bake your bacon until crispy. I like to do this in the oven at 400°F(205°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
While the bacon is baking, caramelize your onions. Heat them in butter over med-low heat and stir until they are jammy and delicious.
Make the sun dried tomato mayo by pulsing sun dried tomatoes and mayo in a food processor until smooth.
Form your turkey burger patties. Sear them on both sides, then finish cooking in the oven with brie on top. This ensures they are fully cooked, but stay super juicy!
Spread mayo on your bun, top with the juicy turkey burger patty with melted brie, add bacon, arugula, and caramelized onions. Enjoy this delicious turkey burger!
