Spinach and Artichoke Dip

For this recipe you will need: onion, garlic, cream cheese,  mozzarella, parmesan, sour cream, spinach, canned artichokes, red pepper flakes, salt, onion powder & garlic powder.

Cook onions until softened & turning translucent. Add in garlic & cook for another minute, stirring frequently.Turn heat to low & add in cream cheese, half of mozzarella, & half of parmesan cheese.


Stir for a minute to combine & allow cheeses to melt together. Add in sour cream, spinach, artichokes, & spices. Combine well, & pour into a greased baking dish.


Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted, browning in some spots, & bubbly.


Serve hot with tortilla chips, your favorite crackers, or slices of fresh veggies.
