Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

For this recipe you will need: olive oil, butter, half & half, garlic, parmesan, flour, & parsley

Wrap garlic in foil and cover in olive oil. Roast at 425°F for 45-75 minutes until soft and golden brown.

Heat a skillet or sauce pan over medium heat. Melt butter & sprinkle in flour, a little at a time while whisking.

Stir out all the lumps in the flour, fully incorporating it with the butter. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Whisk in the half & half and mix until well combined. Bring to a simmer.

Next add in roasted garlic, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add in parmesan cheese and season with salt & pepper. Stir until smooth and parmesan cheese has melted.
