Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

These simple Brussels sprouts are a delightful blend of sweetness and spice, roasted for a tender inside and a crispy, browned exterior. After roasting, they are coated in a honey sriracha glaze for an added burst of flavor.

Ingredients

brussels sprouts extra virgin olive oil honey sriracha rice wine vinegar dijon mustard soy sauce salt and pepper

Wash brussels sprouts and trim the ends and any browned leaves. Slice them in half through the stem. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread out evenly in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
