This lobster ravioli cream sauce is rich, decadent, and easy to make! It is the perfect sauce to go with lobster ravioli, and comes together in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Butter Shallot Garlic Tomato paste White wine Heavy cream Parmesan cheese Dried tarragon Paprika Lobster ravioli

Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat.  Melt butter and sauté shallots until softened and translucent. Add in garlic and cook while stirring.

Add in tomato paste and cook for another minute while stirring until the tomato paste darkens in color.

Add white wine to deglaze the pan. Simmer for a few minutes so the alcohol can burn off.

Slowly stir in heavy cream, tarragon, paprika, and parmesan cheese. Mix together.

Simmer on low until the lobster ravioli sauce reaches desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer cooked ravioli to the pan with a splash of pasta water and toss with sauce.
