The Best  Italian Meatball Recipe

Why you'll love  this recipe:

- Three different meats - Two types of cheese - Big batch = leftovers or freeze some for later!

For this recipe you will need: breadcrumbs, whole milk, onions, garlic, eggs, Romano & Parmesan cheeses, parsley, ground beef & pork, & Italian sausage

Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 10 minutes until absorbed. Add ingredients in with the milk & breadcrumb mixture & mix together.

Mix ground pork, sausage, and beef in with other mixed ingredients. Gently mix with fingertips, and do not over-mix!

Portion out the meatballs using a 2oz. cookie scoop or 1/4 cup scoop. Gently roll the meatballs, they don't have to be perfect! Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper so they don't stick.

In a preheated skillet, sear the meatballs on all sides, about 2-3 minutes on each side, until a browned crust develops.

Transfer the meatballs to sauce of your choice to simmer for about 20 minutes, until cooked through. Finishing the meatballs in the sauce adds extra flavor to the sauce!
