Portion out the meatballs using a 2oz. cookie scoop or 1/4 cup scoop. Gently roll the meatballs, they don't have to be perfect! Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper so they don't stick.

In a preheated skillet, sear the meatballs on all sides, about 2-3 minutes on each side, until a browned crust develops.
Transfer the meatballs to sauce of your choice to simmer for about 20 minutes, until cooked through. Finishing the meatballs in the sauce adds extra flavor to the sauce!
