How to Cook Perfect Juicy Chicken Breasts Every Time

Why you'll love  this recipe:

- Juicy & Flavorful - Versatile & anything but boring - Perfect chicken breasts every time with the sear and bake method.

Ingredients

For this recipe you will need: chicken breasts, dried oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, powdered thyme, oil, and cayenne pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pat chicken dry, and season. Preheat pan on medium heat until fully hot, then add about 1 tablespoon of oil right before searing.

1

Sear each chicken breast 2-3 minutes on each side, until a browned crust forms. Work in batches to not overcrowd the pan

2

After chicken breasts are browned on each side, transfer to a foil or parchment covered baking sheet

3

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 165°F.

4

(The one in this photo has a heat safe cord and can be used while in the oven!)

Rest chicken breasts for 10-15 minutes before slicing or serving. This allows juices to redistribute in the protein.

Here are some of my favorite ways to serve chicken breasts. – Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, & honey mustard – Herb goat cheese & sundried tomatoes – Capers with a lemon butter sauce

This recipe pairs perfectly with this Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce. The roasted garlic adds a rich flavor to this sauce that makes it extra special and perfect for garlic lovers!
