Easy sauce for lobster ravioli

This lobster ravioli cream sauce is rich, decadent, and easy to make! It is the perfect sauce to go with lobster ravioli. Serve it for a date night at home. It would be great for special occasions or a valentine's day dinner!

Ingredients

Butter Shallot Garlic Tomato paste White wine Heavy cream Parmesan cheese Dried tarragon Paprika Lobster ravioli

Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat and melt the butter. Saute shallots until caramelized and translucent. Add in garlic and cook while stirring until fragrant.

Add in tomato paste and cook for another 1 minute while stirring to caramelize the tomato paste.

Deglaze with a dry white wine and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the alcohol to burn off.

Slowly stir in heavy cream until all combined. Add in tarragon, paprika, and parmesan cheese.

Simmer on low and reduce sauce until it reaches desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer cooked ravioli to the pan and toss with sauce. Add a splash of pasta water as needed.
