Broccoli Shallot Garlic Parmesan cheese Chicken breasts Cajun seasoning Butter  Chicken stock Heavy cream Pasta Parsley

Season bite sized chicken pieces in Cajun seasoning. Sear chicken in a hot skillet in a single layer until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

Brown broccoli florets in the same pan until some charred areas form. Add water to the pan and cover to steam until broccoli is tender. Set broccoli aside with cooked chicken.

Sauté shallots in the butter until becoming translucent and just starting to caramelize. Then add in garlic and cook until fragrant while stirring.

Add chicken stock, heavy cream, pasta, and stir. Cover and cook until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally.

Add chicken back into the pan along with the broccoli and parmesan. Stir and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Do a final taste test for seasoning. Serve this creamy chicken and broccoli alfredo warm topped with additional parmesan cheese and parsley!
