One pot chicken and broccoli alfredo is the perfect dish when you want something creamy, delicious, and satisfying! Cajun spiced chicken, charred broccoli, and creamy alfredo sauce tossed with your favorite pasta. The perfect weeknight meal!

Ingredients

Broccoli Shallot Garlic Parmesan cheese Chicken breasts Cajun seasoning Butter  Chicken stock Heavy cream Pasta Parsley

Season bite sized chicken pieces in Cajun seasoning. Sear chicken in a hot skillet in a single layer until browned and cooked through. Set aside. 

SEAR

Brown broccoli florets in the same pan until some charred areas form. Add water to the pan and cover to steam until broccoli is tender. Set broccoli aside with cooked chicken. 

STEAM

Sauté shallots in the butter until becoming translucent and just starting to caramelize. Then add in garlic and cook until fragrant while stirring.

SAUTÉ

Add chicken stock, heavy cream, pasta, and stir. Cover and cook until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally. 

BOIL

Add chicken back into the pan along with the broccoli and parmesan. Stir and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened. 

SIMMER

Do a final taste test for seasoning. Serve this creamy chicken and broccoli alfredo warm topped with additional parmesan cheese and parsley!
