Check your salmon for any pin bones and remove them. Pat salmon dry. Mix together melted butter and blackening seasoning.
Brush the melted butter and seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillet with a basting brush.
Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes until the center reaches about 125°F (51°C) with an instant read thermometer. Broil a few minutes to darken if needed.
Cut salmon into individual portions and serve topped with fresh herbs and lemon! Top with tartar sauce or herby persillade.
