Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

These easy brussels sprouts are sweet, spicy, and perfectly roasted! 

After roasting, these sprouts are tossed in a honey sriracha glaze. 

Roasting is one of the best ways to prepare brussels sprouts. The inside is tender and the outside is browned and crisp!

Ingredients

brussels sprouts extra virgin olive oil honey sriracha rice wine vinegar dijon mustard soy sauce salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Trim stem ends off brussels and peel off any browned leaves. Slice in half through the stem end.

Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet evenly.
