You don't need heavy cream to make a creamy alfredo sauce! This alfredo sauce recipe uses half and half plus parmesan cheese to get that delicious silky texture!

Ingredients

Garlic Butter Flour Half and half Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper Parsley

Roast garlic in olive oil until the cloves are softened, caramelized, and golden brown.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle in flour and whisk out all the lumps.

Add in half and half and roasted garlic. Stir together to combine.

Add in parmesan cheese and stir to incorporate. Simmer until sauce reduces to desired consistency.
