Valentine's Day Pasta Recipes Ideas
Lobster Ravioli Cream Sauce
This lobster ravioli cream sauce is rich and decadent made with butter, shallots, garlic, tomato paste, white wine, cream, and parmesan cheese. It is the perfect white wine sauce to go with lobster ravioli.
Use store bought lobster ravioli for an easy Valentine's day dinner.
Throw in a lobster tail, and this is a super fancy meal fit for any special occasion.
Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
I really love a creamy pasta. This roasted garlic Alfredo sauce is a twist on the classic creamy Alfredo sauce with savory roasted garlic.
The roasted garlic adds a rich flavor that makes it extra special and perfect for garlic lovers! Great for making chicken Alfredo, creamy shrimp pasta, or white lasagna.
Spicy Rigatoni Alla Vodka
This spicy vodka sauce is so smooth with salty bits of crispy pancetta. It is a deeply flavored, rich, and decadent pasta sauce that goes so well with rigatoni pasta. Top this creamy sauce with fresh basil.
This is a great sauce to add in other proteins. Topping it with seared sea scallops makes it one of my favorite pasta dishes.
Creamy Cajun Andouille Sausage Pasta
Rich and creamy parmesan sauce with peppers, onions, and spicy smoky andouille sausage with Cajun spices and bold flavors make for a spicy and decadent pasta dinner. It’s great for a weeknight dinner or a special meal.
Don’t forget the garlic bread!
Meatballs & Marinara
Super tender and juicy meatballs with lots of garlic, two types of cheese, and three meats including Italian sausage, ground pork, and ground beef. Making these meatballs together would be a fun date night activity.
Bonus points if you sear the meatballs in olive oil, then simmer them in marinara sauce to finish cooking.
You can also use this marinara sauce for topping chicken parmesan and for a pizza sauce.
Bolognese Sauce
This savory homemade bolognese sauce is rich and creamy and made with bacon, pork, and beef. This delicious sauce is simmered for a few hours, coaxing all that flavor out.
Top it with fresh herbs to balance out the rich tomato sauce.
You can also try this with a dollop of ricotta or a ball of burrata.
Supreme Pizza Stuffed Shells
These supreme pizza stuffed shells are even better than the original! Pasta shells stuffed with your favorite supreme pizza ingredients like peppers, sausage, pepperoni, and black olives.
Maybe stuffed shells isn’t one of the most romantic foods, but this cheesy pasta will be so fun to assemble with your date.
This would also be a fun dinner for the whole family for Valentine’s day.
